DAY – 1
PERTH TO MARGARET RIVER
Busselton Jetty, Cape Naturaliste Margaret River
The Margaret River Pemberton Albany Hyden Wave Rock 7Day Tour departs Perth and travel south.
At Busselton, we visit the Busselton Jetty the longest wood piled jetty in the Southern Hemisphere. Enjoy a train ride 1.8 kilometre out to visit the Underwater Observatory, where you will see colourful soft coral on wood pylons and vibrant fish.

Visit Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse that offers spectacular views of the Indian Ocean and in season you can see Whales breaching out in Geographe Bay. Take a walk on the Cape to Cape Trail to Sugar Loaf Rock.
Sugar Loaf Rock is a gigantic rock a short distance from the coast. The views along this easy trail are spectacular.
A short distance away is Canal Rocks, where we see the awesome Indian Ocean surging through the weathered canals and spot seals lazing on the rocks in the sunshine.
Continue south along picturesque Caves Road renowned in the Margaret River region for premier wines and scenic countryside to Margaret River town.
Dinner at Morries is an experience. Their goal is to provide incredible moreish snacks alongside creative cocktails, wines and beer in a vibe you won't forget within an atmosphere where you feel at home.

DAY – 2
Surfers Point, Boranup Forest, Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse
After Breakfast at White Elephant café at Gnarabup overlooking the Indian Ocean visit Surfers Point to see local and visiting surfers honing their skills on the internationally known waves.
The lure of Surfer’s Point is in the booming echo of Mainbreak’s monstrous swells, and the men and women brave enough to ride them. Watch the locals take on awe-inspiring breakers at world-class surf break at Surfers Point.
Tour through Boranup Karri Forest on a dirt trail, a fantastic soft adventure drive through towering Karri trees (some over 60 metres high!) with sunlight streaming onto their smooth bright trunks. Maybe spot an emu or kangaroo and see a variety of colourful birds.
Visit Hamelin Bay a serene open sandy bay, known for the plenty of stingrays that frequent the bay. Continue along the coastline to see Cosy Corner as the name suggests. Very pretty.
Then, it's on to Cape Leeuwin to see the convergence of the Southern Ocean and the Indian Ocean and the Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse Tower Climb Tour.

DAY 4–
MARGARET RIVER TO PEMBERTON
Nannup, Manjimup, Pemberton
We head across to Nannup and visit Cambray Cheese a small family operated cheese factory and sheep dairy. Celebrated for their award winning ewes milk cheeses and also produce a range of cow’s milk cheeses.
WA Good Food Guide announced Cambray Cheese has been named in the top five Western Australian producers for 2021 as voted by chefs!
Nannup has been perfectly preserved as a historic and character-filled timber town since the early 1900s.
A picture-perfect timber and farming town with quaint cafes and stores to browse. Nannup has been used for several national movie backdrops
As we approach Manjimup the woodland changes to the tall iconic southern Karri forests, we visit The Four Aces. The Four Aces are a straight row of karri trees that are over 300 years old
Lunch today is in Manjimup’s Tall Timber’s offering beautiful local cuisine and local acclaimed wines.
Travel to scenic Pemberton, an old timber town with beautiful old growth Karri forests. The Gloucester Tree a giant karri tree at 58 metres high is second tallest fire lookout tree within the local area. The tree access is temporally closed for maintenance of the lookout at the top. There are trails nearby through the forest to enjoy.
A highlight is traveling on Heart Break Trail, a very picturesque dirt road following the Warren River canopied by the Warren Karri Forest
Our overnight stay is at Karri Valley Resort located on the edge of Lake Beedelup and surrounded by the tall Karri Forest; the natural charm of Karri Valley Resort provides the perfect setting for everyone to enjoy.
Dinner this evening you can enjoy the scenery, with 180-degree lakeside views while savouring some of the Southern Forest’s finest fresh produce.

DAY 5 –
Pemberton, WOW Wilderness Cruise, Tree Top Walk, Albany
Early start this morning to drive south to Walpole touring through majestic tall Karri forests along the way.
Walpole is surrounded by National Parks that are wilderness. Experience the inspiring WOW Wilderness Cruise of the Nornalup Inlet.
WOW Wilderness Eco Cruises are nationally recognised as one of the most entertaining and educational ecotourism experiences.
The two-and-a-half hour guided wilderness cruise through the Walpole and Nornalup Inlets Marine Park to the heart of the Walpole Wilderness. incorporating a boat cruise and an interpretive walk into the Nuyts Wilderness Area. Entertaining and lots of history!

Visit the ancient Tingle Fores, remnants of the Gondwana era. And the amazing Tree Top Walk and Valley of the Giants.
The drive into the Tree Top Walk is spectacular. Karri and Red Tingle Trees loom out of the forest an indication of what is to come at the Tree Top Walk and the Ancient Empire.
You must experience the Tree Top Walk. Stroll among the upper branches of giant Tingle and Karri Trees for a "birds eye view" of the southern forests. This is a fun and exhilarating thing to do.
Nearby under the Tree Top Walk is a winding boardwalk that takes you through a grove of veteran Red Tingle trees called the Ancient Empire. You can even walk through the hollowed-out butt of one tree.

DAY 6
ALBANY
Natural Bridge and The Gap, National Anzac Centre, Hyden
Today, we explore scenic Albany and its surrounds. Albany, a port city, is the oldest European settlement in Western Australia and has a fascinatingly rich history which has been preserved with British and French connections.
This morning visit the Wind Farm which has striking, expansive views of the Southern Ocean. The wind turbines are a majestic sight perched on the edge of Torndirrup National Park. A must visit for the spectacular views.
We will visit the Natural Bridge and The Gap at Torndirrup National Park, The Natural Bridge and The Gap are granite formations caused by the gradual wearing away of the rock by the Great Southern Ocean.
A highlight of this tour we visit Mt Clarence to see the Desert Corp Memorial with views over the Princess Royal Harbour and King George Sound.
The National Anzac Centre is dedicated solely to honouring the Anzac’s of the First World War. Set within Albany Heritage Park, the Centre offers visitors a deeply personal connection with the Anzac legend revealed through interactive multimedia displays, unique artefacts, rare images and film, and audio commentary.
After lunch we set off through the magnificent Stirling Ranges to Lake Grace and on to Hyden, the home of Wave Rock, a fascinating natural phenomenon.
At Stirling Range visit the Car Park Lookout at Bluff Knoll that offers spectacular views of the wheatbelt region north and the length of the ranges.
Overnight stay at Hyden, a small Eastern Wheatbelt town that has a very strong community base welcoming visitors to see their regional icon.

DAY 7–
WAVE ROCK TO PERTH
Wave Rock, Hippo’s Yawn, Mulka’s Cave, Gnamma Holes, York, Perth
Geologists believe the original Wave Rock formation was sculptured and coloured by chemicals over 2,700 million years ago to take on its wave-like character. Wave rock rises 15 metres above the ground and is 110 metres long. It looks like a giant wave about to break. You can climb to the top of the Hyden rock formation and take in the expansive views of the region.
After Wave Rock, we visit Mulka’s Cave, which has the largest hand art gallery in southern.
On our return to Perth visit Corrigin to see the Agricultural Show Mural encapsulating the spirit of the community united by a shared passion of agriculture and a commitment to preserve its heritage for future generations.
The Spirit of Corrigin Windmill is a collaboration between the Corrigin Police Station and the Corrigin Community, And another community project the renowned Corrigin Dog Cemetery.
Return to Perth approx. 6.00pm.
